Shipping Policy

The RC Superstore ships to the contiguous 48 connecting states as well as to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

Sorry, we do not ship to post office boxes or international addresses. Some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In those cases, special rules apply. 


Shipping Rates

Shipping and handling charges are calculated at the moment of checkout and are based on:

• The delivery method you choose
• The combined weight of items in your order
• Your location
• Any current shipping promotions

Shipping Methods

All shipping calculations are based on UPS published rates.
However, we reserve the right to select a different carrier at the time of shipment to ensure you get your package as fast as possible.

Also, all parts and small packages, as well as all orders to Alaska and Hawaii (unless upgraded to express shipping) are shipped via USPS priority mail.

In average, these are the estimated transit times after your order has been processed and sent for delivery:

• Standard Ground  - 1-6 business days
• Next Day Air - 1 business days
• 2nd Day Air -2 business days

Note:    All orders are shipped with delivery signature required unless customer waives this requirement via email by accepting liability should shipment be stolen after delivery.


Express Orders

Orders sent via "Next Day Air" are delivered to you on the next business day from the day they are shipped. Orders sent via "2nd Day Air" are delivered to you on the 2nd business day from the day they are shipped. Orders are shipped during business days only - we do not ship during weekends or holidays. Carriers only deliver during business days as well.

Placing your order very late in the day, after the shipping companies have picked up their last shipment, is one factor that can affect shipping time.
Also, due to the nature of items in the order, some orders may take longer to put together, pack and ship than others.

As a rule, you can expect orders shipped "Next Day" to take 2-3 days to arrive, and orders shipped "2nd Day" to arrive within 3-4 days.

Hazardous Materials

Items that are deemed Hazardous Materials (nitro fuel for example) cannot be shipped via Air; they can only ship via Standard Ground. Therefore, please do not select express shipping on these items. Even if you try to do so, it'll be shipped standard ground and you will end up overpaying shipping expenses. Also, hazardous materials cannot and will not be shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii.
